Welcome to WeekendAI Studios ("WeekendAI", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any AI-generated ad creative we deliver to you (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WeekendAI Studios produces ad creative — including images, videos, copy, and related assets — using a combination of AI models and human direction. We use the best models available to us at any given time and continuously refine our process.

2. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

All creative delivered by WeekendAI is generated or assisted by AI. While we use leading models and apply professional judgement, AI output is inherently constrained by what current AI technology can produce. We do not guarantee that any specific ad will achieve a particular result, conversion rate, click-through rate, ROAS, sales outcome, or business performance.

You are responsible for reviewing every asset before publishing it, ensuring it complies with the policies of the platforms you run it on (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.) and with all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, and intellectual property law in your jurisdiction.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeekendAI Studios is not liable or responsible for any losses, damages, claims, costs, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, ad spend, reputational harm, or any other issue affecting your business that arises from your use of the Service or the creative we deliver. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Your Content and License

You retain ownership of the brand assets, briefs, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the Service. Once we deliver final creative to you and you've paid for it, you own the rights to use those final deliverables for your advertising and marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Create content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or violates third-party rights;
  • Generate adult, hateful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content;
  • Impersonate any person or brand without authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

6. Payment

Fees, scope, and timelines are agreed in writing per project. Invoices are due on the terms stated. Delivered work remains the property of WeekendAI until paid in full.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections relating to disclaimers, liability, ownership, and indemnity survive termination.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
